The University for Foreigners of Perugia provides a scholarship including free enrolment in one of its current Italian language and culture courses – attendance in person is compulsory– and a net sum of 500 Euros, as a contribution to living expenses in Perugia, while attending the classes. The amount can only be withdrawn a few days after the start of the course. Applications must be sent in advance to the cultural office of the Embassy at the e-mail address: nicosia.culturale@esteri.it. Candidates can enrol in courses of all levels, but preference will be given to applications from those who have already undertaken a language course of study previously.
