The Embassy of Italy in Cyprus is pleased to announce \u201cKairos\/Limitrofi: solo lo spazio ricorda\u201d, a bi-personal exhibition by the artists Stefania Pennacchio (sculptress) and Vassilis Vassiliades (painter), curated by Jean Blancheart.<\/p>\n
The exhibition will be inaugurated on May 3 at 18.30 in the presence of Ambassador Federica Ferrari Bravo and the Deputy Minister of Culture of the Republic of Cyprus Michalis Hadjiyiannis.<\/p>\n
In February an artist residency was held by Stefania Pennacchio in Cyprus with the support of the Italian Embassy for the creation of the sculptures in view of the event.<\/p>\n
The exhibition will be hosted at the Kastelliotissa in Nicosia space and will remain there until 16 May.<\/p>\n
On the 5th of May, in Kastelliotissa, will take place the conference \u201cKairos\/Limitrofi \u2013 Solo lo spazio ricorda. Confronto tra Greci d\u2019Oriente e Greci d\u2019Occidente\u201d, in the presence of Italian and Cypriot institutions and personalities. On the occasion of the conference, the second edition of the publication “Kairos\/Limitrofi: solo lo spazio ricorda”, published with the support of the Italian Embassy in Nicosia, will be presented.<\/p>\n
The international event \u201cKairos\/Limitrofi \u2013 Solo lo spazio ricorda.
