Presented by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, the \u201cPact for Export\u201d is an innovative strategy for relaunching the export of \u201cMade in Italy\u201d products and support the internationalisation of the Italian production system.<\/p>\n
With it, we intend to implement multiple initiatives, actions and programs shared with economic operators in each sector to give new impetus to our “Made in Italy”, in light of the current economic and health contingency.<\/p>\n
Six are the areas of interest: The “Pact for Export” is an important tool for promoting the development of economic and trade relations between Italy and Cyprus. The Embassy of Italy in Cyprus, in promoting its knowledge, works in connection with the other interested bodies, to promote the presence of Italian products in Cyprus and the development of collaborations between the companies of the two countries, in particular with the Italian Trade Agency Office (ICE)<\/a> and the Italian-Cypriot Chamber of Commerce <\/a>and, in Cyprus, the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry: CCCI<\/a> and Cyprus Employers & Industrialists Federation (OEB)<\/a>. Communication<\/strong><\/a>: to relaunch the image of Italy with a real nation branding campaign; to support Italian exports, through the relaunch of the economic sectors most affected by Covid-19 emergency.
Training\/Information<\/strong><\/a>: creation of online courses for SMEs on the themes of internationalisation and digital innovation.
E-commerce<\/strong><\/a>: creation of a multi-function digital platform through which identify potential commercial counterparts, organise matchmaking, carry out B2B.
Exhibition system<\/strong><\/a>: strengthening of 29 physical and 8 digital fairs in Italy and launch, by ICE Agency, of an online fair platform with the aim of allowing visitors to participate, even virtual, in fairs;
Integrated promotion<\/strong><\/a>: the new integrated promotion strategy will privilege the enhancement of Italian excellence in innovative and high-tech sectors (e.g.: aerospace industry; advanced mechanics; green economy, circular economy; blue economy).
Concessional finance<\/strong><\/a>: extension and simplification of subsidized finance opportunities and extension of SIMEST facilities to EU countries.<\/p>\n
The Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation promoted also the creation of an e-book \u201cExport \u2013 A guide to restart\u201d to guide Italian companies, especially SMEs, towards foreign markets.<\/p>\n
