👉⇒ Kindly be informed about the opening of calls for admission to two of the Master’s Degrees provided by the School of International Studies of the University of Trento. These are:
- Master’s Degree in International Security Studies (MISS), in collaboration with the Sant’Anna School of Advanced Studies in Pisa, and of:
- Master’s Degree in European and International Studies (MEIS).
For both, the language of all classes is English.
The calls for admission are aimed at “non-European” candidates and remain open until 4/03/2026
This category includes candidates who own:
- citizenship of countries that do not belong to the European Union and that are not resident in Italy;
- citizenship of non-European Union countries with a residence permit for study in Italy and without residence in Italy;
- citizenship of non-European Union countries with a temporary protection permit, without residence in Italy and who have not obtained a high school diploma in Italy.
👉⇒ For the academic year 2026/2027, the University of Trento also makes available:
- 2 scholarships for attending the Master’s Degree in International Security Studies,
- and 2 scholarships for attending the Master’s Degree in European and International Studies.
These scholarships include an amount of 7200 Euros per year.
The exemption from the payment of tuition fees extends to a greater number of students on the basis of the score awarded in the admission ranking.
Finally, a further possibility of financing studies is dedicated to 👉 the  descendants of Trentino emigrants.

👉⇒ Subsequently, from 1/04/2026 to 30/06/2026, a second call will be opened for European candidates, i.e. holders of EU citizenship + Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Republic of San Marino, Vatican City State; those who have non-European citizenship but are resident in Italy are included.
