On 16th April, the awarding ceremony of the photo contest ” La Divina Commedia in una foto”, took place to celebrate the 700th anniversary since Dante Alighieri’s death. The winners were welcomed at the Residence of the Embassy of Italy in Nicosia.
Ambassador Andrea Cavallari and prof. Umberto Mondini, President of the Dante Alighieri Society – Cyprus Committee, awarded a copy of the audiobook “From the dark forest to Paradise” at each winner. Prof Tania Politi, who had attended the awarding ceremony, also received a copy of the audiobook on behalf of Terra Santa College.
