Unversity of Genoa

SERP+ is an Erasmus Mundus master coordinated by Université Paris-Saclay (France) and jointly organized with University of Poznan (Poland), University of Porto (Portugal) and University of Genova (Italy).

Applications for the 2021-2023 class are opened until 15th February for Erasmus Mundus scholarships and until 15th June for self-financed students and should be submitted on

About 20 Erasmus Mundus scholarships for both European and non-European students are available (

The teaching is delivered in English and aims at training students in areas such as: renewable energies, green chemistry, nanosciences, nanomedicine, innovative materials, applications of radiations. A summer school on transferable skills is also part of the training to develop the students' entrepreneurial skills as well as a six-month internship.

University of Bologna

Unibo Actions 1&2: study grants and tuition fee waivers for international students - A.Y. 2021/22

The Embassy of Italy informs that the University of Bologna offers study grants of €11,000 gross (Unibo Action 2) and tuition fee waivers (Unibo Action 1).

University of Eastern Piedmont

The University of Eastern Piedmont (UPO), with the collaboration of the Miguel Hernandez University of Elche (UMH, Spain), the University of Namur (UNAMUR, Belgium) and the Humboldt University of Berlin (HU, Germany) organizes for the academic 2021/2023 the second edition of EMOTION, a Master's in English on the development of drugs and cosmetics. The Master is funded for 5 years by the European Union through the Erasmus Mundus call. In particular, the European Union makes 15 scholarships available per year to attract the best European and non-European talents. Of these, 12 scholarships are dedicated to non-EU citizens, with a maximum of 2 scholarships per single country. The scholarship covers tuition fees and provides both funds to arrive in Italy and a salary of 1000 euros per month for the duration of the Master (2 years). It is also possible to enroll in the Master without a scholarship.
