COVID-19 UPDATE

As of 15th of January 2023, following the recommendations of the European Commission as regards the COVID-19 epidemiological situation in China, all travelers aged 12 years and over, arriving from China, should possess a negative PCR test valid up to 48 hours prior to departure. This applies to direct or connecting/transit flights.

There are no restrictions for entry into the country from all other destinations.

Please note that, in the occurrence of confirmed positivity, the Cypriot authorities impose a period of at least 7 days of fiduciary isolation (quarantine).

Any expenses related to the modification of the return flights are charged to the interested parties.

ITALY

PASSENGERS ARRIVING TO ITALY

Since the 1st June 2022 the green pass is no more required to enter in Italy from EU Member States and other foreign countries.

What to do in case of symptoms?
In case of suspicious symptoms, such as fever and respiratory problems, it is recommended not to go to the hospital or your doctor’s private clinic but to contact your family doctor by phone or call 1420 (number can be called only by a Cypriot telephone number). For information on COVID-19, contact 1450 or 1412 from 08:00 to 20:00 (number can be called only by a Cypriot telephone number). Here all public utility numbers in the Republic of Cyprus regarding the Covid-19 emergency. If you are in the north part of Cyprus, call +90 533 8501188, +90 548 8501188 or 1102 (call only with local number, assistance in Turkish or English).
