From the 16th of December, for travellers arriving in Italy from Cyprus is compulsory:
- complete the EU digital Passenger Locator Form;
- produce the European Digital COVID Certificate proving that you have completed the vaccination course for at least 14 days before arrival (only EMA approved vaccination), taken a negative molecular or antigen swab test in a laboratory in the 48 hours prior to entering Italy, or recovered from Covid-19.
- present a negative result to a Molecular (PCR) test taken 48 hours before departure or an antigen rapid test taken 24 hours before departure for Italy.
Individuals who do not present the above mentioned documents will have to remain in quarantine for 5 days and make a test take a PCR test in order to be released.

Children under six years are exempt from the requirement to take a test before entering Italy.
